WB Fit is a fun, motivating & challenging place to come and workout as a community! High intensity body weight exercise is what we do!
Appropriate to target any age or fitness level. Our functional movements allow you to go as fast or as steady as you would like.
We meet at 5.30PM on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in the church basement. Sessions are FREE and last around 30 – 45 mins total. Find us on Facebook (WB Fit) and instagram (wedgeball_fit) to connect with the community and get up to date information.
Currently run by Kate Roberts and Steffi Duffin, we are looking for volunteers to help in the running of this ministry. If you have experience in personal training, fitness instructing, or have been coming along to our sessions and would like to help, then we would love to connect with you.
