English for Speakers of Other Languages
At Northcross, we recognise the challenge that comes with migrating to a new country, like New Zealand, and how difficult it can be to learn the language and feel a part of the community. We have classes available to help bridge that gap. With qualified tutors, we'll focus on listening, speaking, and reading in english.
English Conversation
Conversation in small groups
Improve your understanding, speaking, and reading skills using Bible stories as lesson texts. There will be lots of interaction & fun times!
WHEN: Friday mornings (during the school term)
TIME: 10AM – 12PM
COST: $2 donation per lesson

Walk and Talk Group
A casual English walking group
Improve your English while chatting along with friends while walking along the beach. We also grab a coffee afterwards! Meet at Browns Bay beach by the swings at the park.
WHEN: Tuesday mornings (during the school term)
TIME: 10:30AM
COST: Pay for your own coffee
